Meet Our Staff

Tony’s love to help people blossomed in 1975 when he enlisted in the US Army as a Combat Medic. He served 32 years in the US Army and Army Reserves and 16 years with the Federal Government. Tony has dedicated his life to helping people in need. He started his life insurance career in 1982 with Franklin Life Insurance Company. He earned the CLTC designation and the Arizona Long Term Care Partner Certification in 2007. He is the “go-to” person for life planning.

Tony lives with his soulmate Nicole, his youngest of two daughters, and two silly dogs. His oldest daughter has given him a handsome grandson and an adorable granddaughter. In his “spare” time, Tony plays a wicked lead guitar in a local band!

I have been in the insurance industry for 3 years, specializing in Medicare Plans, Health Insurance, Life and Annuities. I represent all the major plans in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Utah. Prior to insurance I was an educator for over 24 years. I am a native of Pensacola, FL and moved to Arizona 20 years ago I’ve been married to my husband Joe for 18 years and we have a wonderful son, Jesse, and a beloved dog Sugar.

A few of my hobbies include: Fitness, Yoga, Cycling, Climbing, Coloring and Spending time with my family.

Monica got her introduction to insurance through the School of Hard Knocks when her parents passed away and there was no plan in place and minimal life insurance. Her father owned a construction company that she, her husband, and her mother took over upon his death. Her father had personal life insurance but no “key man” insurance, which made the transition difficult. Monica’s mother passed 10 years later but never got around to making out a will or increasing her life insurance. No one knew about how Social Security worked or what a Medicare Advantage plan was, so her mother did not receive a proper doctor’s care.

Monica met Tony a few years later and he started a conversation about the importance of life insurance, Medicare plans, and life planning. Then, something clicked. Knowing she wanted to help people, Monica got her insurance license in March 2019 and began a new career in the insurance industry. Monica and Tony opened their own life planning office in August 2019.

Monica and her husband Mark have been happily married for 27 years, and they have three children and two grandchildren. There is never a dull moment at their house with the horses, dogs, chickens, a cat, and a fish!

Josephine Anne “Joanne” Lamb is a results-driven leader whose 28-year career in the United States Air Force culminated in the rank of Senior Master Sergeant (E-8) and the post of Civil Engineering Operations Superintendent. In that capacity she directed multidisciplinary teams that sustained critical airfield, facility, and utilities infrastructure for thousands of Airmen and joint-service partners worldwide. She was also selected as Treasurer for a national military organization, managing its operating funds while maintaining accountability for $550 thousand in mission-essential equipment and overseeing safety and readiness training for several hundred personnel. Her portfolio spanned rapid runway repair, emergency management, and long-range capital-improvement planning—work recognized with multiple Meritorious Service Medals and commendations for safety and efficiency.

Since retiring from active duty, Joanne has translated her operational acumen to the civilian arena. She provides bookkeeping services, tax preparation, maintains an insurance license and provides notary support to small businesses across Arizona. In 2023 she was recognized with a Top 20 Sales Director award and the keys to a Mary Kay career car.

She treasures family time with her grown sons and three grandchildren and loves exploring the world—especially cruising or traveling to new countries.
